Reunion Disclosure

The reunion committee has done everything possible to plan an amazing event while keeping the fees per person low to encourage and allow more family members to attend.  We plan meals and activities according to your registration forms and payment, some of these things are custom made and require nonrefundable deposits.  For this reason we ask that everyone who attends please respect the fee amounts and deadline dates.  Having a payment the day of the Reunion does not allow us the capability to supply you with the products and services as those who paid in advance.

However, please remember that our site is open to the public, so if you post your email address or phone number in a guestbook comment you should expect spam from all over the galaxy. Our hosting service collects information needed to operate the web site itself, but is committed to your privacy as well.  If you use this site to make reservations or payments, we will share the information you give us with appropriate hotel, tour operators, and other service providers, but only to the extent necessary to reserve and/or pay for the event or service on your behalf. We will not give this information to any third party, and we store personal information for as short a time as possible consistent with fulfilling our obligations to you.
